Todd Gardner, Director-at-Large 

Todd Gardner is the General Manager of Siemens Energy & Automation's Process Instrumentation and Analytics business.  The business unit has five locations in the US including four manufacturing facilities.  Todd is responsible for the overall US domestic market for Process Instruments and Analytics as well as global manufacturing and support of the ultrasonic flow and gas chromatograph businesses.

Graduating in 1987 with a BS in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri at Rolla, Todd began his career with Honeywell Micro Switch as a field sales engineer.  After eight years in various sales and marketing roles, he moved to Invensys Foxboro for eight more years where he held positions as regional manager and national sales manager for the Analytics group and then regional vice president for the Measurement and Instrumentation business.  He came to Siemens in 2004 as Director of Sales & Marketing for the Process Instrumentation Business, then moved to Business Unit Manager for Process Instruments and, in July 2008, he was named to his current position.

Todd and Monica have been married for 22 years and have three children including 15 year-old twin sons and a 14 year-old daughter.  He was elected to the MCAA Board in May, 2009.
